Speaker Bio:  Mr. Cooper earned his Meteorology degree from Penn State, and he enjoyed a career as an on-air television meteorologist for years at ABC, FOX, and NBC affiliates. He also holds degrees holds degrees from Northwestern University (Environmental Science), and Columbia Business School (MBA - Finance). Jeremy will discuss the NYC homebuying process including condo vs. co-op, the sales timeline, market overview, the buy-side team, financial analysis, valuation and much more.
