International Day of Persons with Disabilities at the UN

idpd-logo_en-vertDecember 3 is the annual observance of the International Day of Disabled Persons, a day proclaimed in 1992 by the UN General Assembly. The theme for 2018 is Empowering persons with disabilities and ensuring inclusiveness and equality. This year’s theme focuses on empowering persons with disabilities for an inclusive, equitable and sustainable development as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

We are honored to announce that former PSU NYC president, Susan Robinson will be a panelist on "How opportunities and technology are improving the lives of the disabled" during this year's The Art of The Possible event.
