  • lauren Lauren Dempsey

Lauren is an incoming Penn State freshman from Rye, NY majoring in advertising and public relations. When choosing a college, she had heard from family and family friends who are Penn State alums how great our university is. After attending the Spend-A-Day at Penn State and a football game, Lauren was sure that being surrounded by the incredible spirit of Penn State was where she wanted to be! She plans to participate in multiple activities while at Penn State, including intramural sports and clubs that support and assist the armed forces. Although she’s excited about all the new people and experiences that await her while at college, Lauren is most excited about being a part of THON and even plans to donate her hair at THON!
